PayHour

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This policy explains what information PayHour handles and why. PayHour runs the Pay Hour Calculator at techinusa.site. I keep the site small, so I collect very little.

The short version

  • The calculator keeps your inputs in your browser.
  • You do not need an account.
  • I do not sell personal information.
  • The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies today.

What I do not collect

The calculator never sends your rate, hours, or pay to me. Those numbers live in your browser until you close or reload the page. I do not ask for your name, employer, tax details, or bank information to use the tool.

Messages you send me

The contact form opens your email app. Your message then travels through your email provider to me. I use your name, email address, and message to reply and to fix problems. I delete messages when I no longer need them.

Server logs

My hosting provider may record technical details when you load a page. These can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. Hosts use logs for security and troubleshooting. The provider decides how long it keeps them.

Cookies and fonts

PayHour sets no cookies today. Fonts and scripts load from my own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party font services. The Cookies Policy has the details.

Ads and analytics

I run neither now. If I add them, I will update this policy before they go live. I will name the data they collect and show you how to opt out. Where the law requires consent, I will ask first.

Why I use information

  • To run and secure the site.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To stop abuse and fix technical problems.
  • To follow the law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. You can ask what I hold, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to certain uses. People in the EEA and UK can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under state law. I do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, use the contact form and choose Privacy request. I may ask you to confirm your identity first. For visitors in the EEA and UK, my legal bases are legitimate interests in running and protecting the site and your request when you write to me.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

I do not track visitors across sites, so these signals have nothing to switch off. I will honor recognized opt-out signals if that changes.

Retention and transfers

I keep personal information only as long as I need it. My hosting and email providers may process data in other countries, including the United States.

Children

PayHour is not for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If a child sent me personal information, tell me and I will delete it.

Security

The site uses HTTPS and has very little code, which lowers risk. No online service is perfectly secure, so I cannot promise absolute protection.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to government and other outside sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the site changes. Check the date at the top to see when it last changed.
